In NJCBS, the middle school education spent nearly ten years practicing the boarding system then summarized the school ideology "school will be responsible for all children's early life and lay a foundation for their life-long development". The middle school stage is an important preparatory stage before the children stepping into society. At this time, the learning environment and the growth atmosphere become extremely important for constructing students’ cognition, forming habitual behaviors, a harmonious human relations, and their ambitious goal. In this important children development stage, we use this idea in our instruction and make all efforts to train the students into the proud 21st-century citizens!
The Middle School has a vibrant and enthusiastic environment. The dedicated and highly professional staff bring not only high levels of experience in education but also, total commitment to the development of each student. It considers the teaching quality as the most essential and continuously seeks more novel and efficient teaching methods to meet the demands from new curriculum reforms. The classroom’s instruction pattern breaks traditional educational methods of filling knowledge into students’ minds, and promotes an independent exploration-and-discovery oriented research type of curriculum and the teaching links, which motivates students’ study interest and the enthusiasm and lets the student independently seek solutions. Those reforms and innovations have brought numerous achievements: For years, Middle School keeps the top place in the local comprehensive examinations. Many high school students continued their study in Southeast University, Zhongshan University, Canadian Colombia University and Australian Sidney University, and won prizes in National Information Olympic Competition, National High School Student English Competition, and National Hope Cup Competition. Parents and society gives high comment on school’s teaching quality.

Besides its emphasis on quality education, the middle school section also gives priority to students’ individuality development. The moral training is its basic and permanent task, which is to develop students’ goals, morals, professional pursuit and ideals, through class meetings, grade meetings, raising flag ceremony and education of eight prides and shames. One feature of Middle School is its various student’s organizations and activities, covering basketball, tennis, movie, song and dance, drama, music instrument, painting, reading and so on. These activities improve students’ cultural awareness and help them develop in an all-round way.
