The building of a reputed school is based on high-quality instruction which relies on high-quality teaching faculty. NJCBS is striving to build a group of devoted and skillful teaching staff. Many measure have been taken to facilitate teacher’s training and teacher’s professional career development, e.g. teaching contests, rewarding and penalizing systems, and chief teacher system in schooling subjects.
Teachers here are selected from a host of candidates nationwide. They are conscientious, competent and possess a strong sense of responsibility. In the primary education department, there are almost 50 full-time teachers, and ten of them are elite teachers on a provincial and city levels. Ms. QIU Shurong is the main editor of music textbook for primary education in Jiangsu province. Mr. HUANG Jiuling has published nearly 100 papers in provincial and national journals and magazines. In middle school section, there are 92 staff members including 80 full-time teachers. 70% of them have titles of advanced intermediate or higher qualifications. 10 of them are elite teachers on a provincial and city levels. More than 50 papers have been published. The middle school section is also proud of having an experienced team of staff with reasonable ages.
